职位描述:
as a digital marketing senior account director / group account director, you must have very strong strategic digital marketing planning capabilities, and your main roles and responsibilities will cover various activities and engagements such as:
drive agency’s business growth, and lead internal team, give strong strategic advice and guidance to the internal team, as well as client.
work with our clients to define their strategy, vision, needs and architecture around demand generation, database and/or digital marketing activities
design relevant and efficient processes and solutions for developing a martech stack and to serve and improve their operations using appropriate identification and roll-out plan for the appropriate marketing technologies
define programme, projects and roadmap to support their strategy
implement & activate new tools (dmp, personalization tools, attribution models, on-boarding solutions, crm, ab testing, iot platform…) in a strong roi approach
skills
knowledge of best practices (organization, processes, solutions) in digital & data marketing
good understanding of the martech landscape
possess good data, crm and analytical capabilities
crm: operational crm, analytical crm / customer insight, sfa, marketing automation, onboarding…
strong experience in optimisation and testing
proven analytical methodology for business analysis and optimization
communication and presentation skills (especially with cmos and heads of marketing)
leadership, rigorousness and autonomy
experience
rich experience on b2b and it clients
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing
